Andy is the founder and principal of Maple Leaf Associates. He started Maple Leaf in 1996 with a goal of building a landscape company that could construct distinguished outdoor environments. He is involved in several professional organizations such as Planet and SIMA. He believes in running his business closely tied to the local community and is an active member of The Elks Club, the Christopher Columbus Society and the Chambers of Commerce of several local towns.
Martin Magana CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
2008 marks ten years that Martin has worked at Maple Leaf. He has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of the company. Martin's expertise is invaluable for the succcessful completion of our most challenging projects and his leadership is an important part of our field operations.
Luiz Zapeta MACHINE OPERATOR
Luiz has worked for Maple Leaf since 1999. His experience and abilities have made him an invaluable and flexible asset. He has an unrelenting pursuit of job quality and crew efficiency. He has the ability to expertly operate all of our equipment and continues to build upon his skills in grading, drainage and other construction site work.
Juan Zhizhpon PLANTING SUPERVISOR
Juan has been with Maple Leaf for four years. He is a supervisor in our landscape division, and has the abilities and experience to handle landscape plantings of any scale. Juan is known for having an incredible work ethic and high standards of quality.
Adam Cruz MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Adam joined the company as a landscape supervisor in 2003. He has worked in the industry for almost twenty years. In his current position as maintenance superintendent he is responsible for delegating work to several crews as well as directly servicing our clients.
Milton Merino MASONRY SUPERVISOR
Milton has worked at Maple Leaf for over seven years. He is a supervisor in our masonry division. Milton has worked on numerous complex projects as diverse as masonry hot tub enclosures, interior fireplaces and outdoor kitchens.
Maria Cassell CFO
Maria commenced with Maple Leaf in January of 2007. She has over 26 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance. Ten years were spent with some of the premier builders of Westchester County handling portfolios in excess of twelve million dollars monthly. She oversees all analyzing, compiling and generation of financial matters for the company.
Heidi Tumolo ADMINISTRATION
Heidi began overseeing the books while Maple Leaf was still quite a young company, and has worked tirelessly to initiate and improve upon the office procedures that we still use to this day. Heidi also deals with all human resource issues.
